William Hames

Bill was born in Pasco, Washington in 1947. He was educated at the University of Washington and received his J.D. degree from Willamette University College of Law in 1981. He was admitted to practice in Washington in 1981 and has since been admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the Federal, Washington State, and Benton-Franklin Bar Associations. He is a past President of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Eastern District of Washington. He is a member of the Debtor-Creditor Executive Committee for the Washington State Bar Association. Bill's practice emphasizes bankruptcy law from either the creditor's or debtor's perspective, business litigation and real estate law.

Timothy D. Anderson

Tim was born in Colfax, Washington in 1956. He was educated at Eastern Washington University and received his J.D. degree from the University of Washington in 1982. He was admitted to practice in Washington in 1982 and has since been admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington and the U.S. Court of Claims. In addition, Tim is admitted to practice in Oregon. He is a member of the Washington State and Benton-Franklin Bar Associations as well as the Washington, Oregon and American Trial Lawyer's Associations. He served on the Board of Directors of the Washington State Association from 1989-1998. Tim's practice emphasizes personal injury litigation, wrongful death, estate planning and probate law and school district representation. Tim also frequently serves as a mediator and arbitrator in civil disputes.

Ray R. Whitlow

Ray was born in Seattle, Washington in 1947. He was educated at Washington State University and received his J.D. degree from the University of Oregon in 1973. He was admitted to practice in Washington in 1973 and has since been admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Court of Veteran's Appeals. He is a member of the Washington State and Benton-Franklin Bar Associations. He served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1973-1977. Ray's practice emphasizes worker's compensation, Social Security disability, Veteran's rights, construction law, municipal law and labor law.

Robert G. McMillen

Rob was educated at the University of California at Santa Barbara and Gonzaga University School of Law. While at Gonzaga he was an Editor for the Gonzaga Law Review and a Member of the William O. Douglas Committee. He has also been an adjunct Professor at Columbia Basin College having taught Contract Law, Civil Procedure and Administrative Law. Rob is admitted to all state and federal courts in Washington and Oregon where his practice emphasizes debtor/creditor relations, bankruptcy and civil litigation. He is a member of several legal associations including the Washington State Trial Lawyers, the Federalist Society, and the Eastern District of Washington Bankruptcy Bar Association. In his spare, time Rob enjoys hunting and golfing and is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the First Tee Columbia Basin, a non-profit corporation.

John W. O'Leary

John received his B.S. from the University of California at Berkeley in 1995, and a J.D. from Lewis and Clark College in 2001. John is a member of the Washington and Oregon bars and is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts in Eastern Washington, Western Washington and Oregon. John’s practice emphasizes general civil litigation, debtor/creditor relations, real estate law, agricultural law and business law. In his spare time, John is the Chairman of the Tri-Cities Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and is an avid outdoorsman.

Kari L. Hayles-Davenport

Kari was born in Kennewick, Washington in 1981. She received a B.A. from Washington State University in 2003, and a J.D. from Gonzaga University in 2006. Kari is a member of the Benton-Franklin County Bar Association, Washington Young Lawyers Division, Benton-Franklin Young Lawyers and Washington Family Law Section. She was admitted to practice law in Washington State and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington in 2006. Her areas of practice include divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, third party custody and misdemeanors.
